You must remember your PIN for placing calls via Vonage Extensions feature. If you are using vonage extensions app, it is not required to enter the security PIN every time. If you forgot your Extension PIN, you can view and change the Extensions PIN from your Vonage online account at any time.
Steps to view or change Extensions PIN from online account.
- Sign in to Vonage UK Online Account from http://www.vonage.co.uk
- Click on “Features” tab and go to “Extensions”.
- Select the phone number, if applicable and click “Configure”.
- Go to “Manage Extensions PIN”.
- Click “Show PIN” to view or “Edit PIN” to follow prompts and change.
